Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Veggie Spaghetti

17.5 oz Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
53 grams Spinach
35 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
18 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
41 grams Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
23 grams Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
77 grams Onions
94 grams Mushrooms, Portabella
91 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 clove Garlic
1 serving (Modenaceti) Aceto Balsamico Di Modena - 1 tbsp

Recipe Directions for Mixed Veggie Spaghetti

  1. bake squash for 40 mins at 400, then let cool

  2. saute garlic, onions, spinach and mushrooms w/ a tbsp of balsamic

  3. chop up all peppers and tomato and leave on the side

  4. Strip the squash, freeze half. In a large bowl, marry all ingredients together. Yields a ton!

  5. Total yield: approx. 30 oz

  6. Serving size: approx. 10 oz
