1 tsp coconut oil
1 1/2 cup kroger frozen veggies
1/2 small onion
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp dill
1 tbsp sour cream
2 cloves elephant garlic

Recipe Directions for Mixed Veggie Side Dish

  1. Melt coconut oil in small skillet

  2. Add frozen veggies, diced onion, garlic

  3. Saute on medium heat for 6-10 minutes, covered so the veggies can steam as well
