Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Vegetables Saute with Potatoes

100 g bell pepper
100 g peas
100 g potatoes
100 g rutabagas
100 g onion
1 clove garlic
100 g tomatoes
100 g mushroom
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Mixed Vegetables Saute with Potatoes

  1. Clean, wash and slice or dice all the ingredients. (or frozen mixture do well, too).

  2. Stir them all in deep pot properly. Add 1 glass of water and let it simmer for 10 or 15 minutes after boiling point on a low heat oven.

  3. Bonne appetite!
