20 gram soy bean
120 gram ketchup
200 gram zucchini
190 gram mushroom
55 gram shallot
60 ml soy sauce
110 gram broccoli
60 gram spinach

Recipe Directions for Mixed Vegetables Red Soup

  1. cook broth, both paste, soy sauce, onion and mushrooms until mushrooms are soft

  2. add in broccoli

  3. add in zucchini

  4. add in pepper leaves (or spinach)

  5. turn off the heat as soon as the water is boiling
