Recipe Ingredients for Mixed vegetables, Don style

5 cup mushroom
4 cup baby spinach
2 cup squash
1 cup red pepper
1 cup broccoli
1 cup onion
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Mixed vegetables, Don style

  1. Heat olive oil in large pan

  2. Add onion, cook till translucent

  3. Add mushroom, squash, pepper and cook till soft

  4. Add broccoli & cook till dark green & still crisp

  5. Pour into bowl & mix in baby spinach

  6. Enjoy
