28 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Cook veges in 1 C chicken stock. Meanwhile, sautee onion in oil. Add canned tomatoes, cook for about 15 minutes with oregano, basil, garlic. Add veges. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes
