Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Vegetable Pasta

800 g chopped tinned tomatoes
1 stalk broccoli
2 courgettes
2 peppers
2 red onions
9 g mixed herbs
1 tsp black pepper
530 g dried pasta
6 servings Fry LIght Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray

Recipe Directions for Mixed Vegetable Pasta

  1. Spray pan with Fry Light

  2. Fry off onions

  3. Add all other vegetables

  4. Cook pasta separately, then combine once cooked
