very easy to make masala to accompany rice or any bread.

Recipe Ingredients for mixed veg masala

1 carrot ,diced
1 tomato ,diced
1 tsp jalapeno, diced
1/2 potato, diced
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 spring onion, diced
1/2 onion ,diced
4 mushroom ,diced
2 tbsp capsicum ,diced
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch turmeric powder
1 tsp coconut milk

Recipe Directions for mixed veg masala

  1. heat oil

  2. splutter musturd seeds

  3. fry all the vegetables for five mins

  4. add a cup of water

  5. add all the powders

  6. once it becomes dry add coconut milk

  7. serve hot with chapathi or rice
