Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Veg on the Bar-B

1 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 cup slices Parsnips
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
1 tbsp Greek

Recipe Directions for Mixed Veg on the Bar-B

  1. Chop all veggies.

  2. Toss all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Wrap mixture tightly in foil.
