15 oz Carrots
1 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Mixed Up Stew

Take 1 Cup Dry Rice, 1 pound Dried Peas, 1 can spinach (no salt added) and 1 can sliced carrots. Add to crock pot with 8 cups hot water. Cook on low for 6 hours
