Recipe Ingredients for mixed-up burrito lunch

2 flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups Cooked rice
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup kernel corn
2 tablespoons fat free sour cream

Recipe Directions for mixed-up burrito lunch

  1. put cooked rice, corn (i cut mine from a leftover long cob) and salsa in a small frying pan, or in a microwave safe bowl. heat through, mixing all together.

  2. divide between two tortillas , add sour cream, roll up.

  3. there you go. eat and enjoy. add anything else you might have in the fridge that would go: olives, leftover chicken or beef, , leftover beans, cheese if you eat it, lettuce, fresh tomatoes, even zucchini or broccoli or something.
