Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Sushi

240 g Rice, White, Medium-grain
2 g Kelp
10 g Mushrooms, Shiitake, Dried
45 g Carrots
47 g Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas) - Raw
10 g Sesame Seeds
200 g Salmon, Chinook, Smoked
60 g Vinegar, Cider
10 g Sugars, Granulated
13 g Soy Sauce
73 g Celery - Raw
45 g Daikon - Asian Specialties

Recipe Directions for Mixed Sushi

  1. Wash Rice and cook with Kelp & 450ml Water.

  2. Soak Shiitake.

  3. Mix Vinegar, Sugar & Soy Sauce, pickle small peaces of Celery & Daikon in it.

  4. Drain hijiki.

  5. Roast gently small peaces of carrots & Peas, Hijiki, Shiitake with its soup in a pan. It can be tasted by Soy Sauce, Sake & Sugar.

  6. Roast gently sesame seeds.

  7. Chop smoked salmon & Kelp.

  8. Mix all while cooling with a fan.
