Recipe Ingredients for mixed seafood ceviche

1 pound shrimp
1/5 pounds flounder
12 ounces scallops
1 bell pepper
3 jalepeno peppers
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 red onion
1 green onion
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
2 ounces lemon juice
2 ounces lime juice

Recipe Directions for mixed seafood ceviche

slice scallops and flounder thin. put in glass pyrex. cover it with lemon and lime juice. cover and refrigerate overnight. Meanwhile, boil shrimp, calamari and octopus 2 minutes. remove and refrigerate until cool. Finely dice, red bell pepper, onions, cilantro and add to cool shrimp mixture. add olive oil, salt and pepper. combine scallop mixture with shrimp mixture- refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
