This is a mixed salad with a variey of vegetables. It has many vegetables including black olives, lettuce, salad leaves, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. It is a healthy option because its filling and is low in saturated fat. Also, it is low in cholesterol and is a good source vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron. Its bad because it is high in sugar but since most of it is fructose, it is not as bad as sucrose. If it is eaten as a part of a healthy balanced diet, it is very nutritious and tastes good as well.
