Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Rice (Basic)

2 cups brown rice
1 tsp iodized salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp dried garlic
1 tablespoon dried onion
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Mirin
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup boiled carrots

Recipe Directions for Mixed Rice (Basic)

  1. Dice carrots raw (they'll cook in the rice).

  2. Toss everything into the same pot and cook according to the instructions on the rice
