Mixed raw veggies with rice wine vinegar.

Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Raw Veggies

1 medium Kirby Cucumber
8 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia)(9 g) Radishes
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Mixed Raw Veggies

  1. Wash, trim, peel and chop all ingedients into bite size pieces. Place in bowl.

  2. Sprinkle with salt, rice wine vinegar (or the vinegar or your choice).

  3. Stir and serve.

  4. Will keep for several days.
