Dressing Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1 (optional) Salt and black pepper

Salad Ingredients:
3 cups packed mixed mesclun or spring greens
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup walnuts
2 oz (farmer's) cheese, crumbled

Recipe Directions for MIXED GREENS WITH CRANBERRIES AND WALNUTS
