Modified from Cooking Light according to what was in my freezer!

Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Cobbler (Strawberry and Peach)

2 cups strawberries
2 cups peaches
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
3 tbsp brummel and brown spread

Recipe Directions for Mixed Fruit Cobbler (Strawberry and Peach)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray the bottom of a baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Mix the fruit together and place in the bottom of the dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice).

  4. Cut in the brummel and brown until the mixture is coarse.

  5. Top the fruit with the flour mixture and bake covered for about 20 minutes. Bake 5 minutes uncovered to brown the top.

  6. Enjoy!
