1 cup beans, black, dry
1 cup beans, lima, dry
1 cup beans, pinto, dry
1 cup beans, garbanzo, dry
1 cup beans, adzuki, dry
1 cup peas, black-eyed, dry
1 cup beans, red, dry
1 cup beans, soy, dry

Recipe Directions for Mixed dry beans

  1. Mix the dry beans together and keep in glass jar until ready to use in other recipes.

  2. Cooked beans double in size. 1/2 cup dry = 1 cup cooked = 1 serving
