Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Chopped Salad

61 1/2 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2/3 cup Edamame
1 fruit without seeds Lemons
3 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Mixed Chopped Salad

  1. chop everything in small pieces, except lemon. Zest and juice lemon. Mix and add apple cider vinegar, and maybe a bit of soya.

  2. If desired mix with beans.
