absolutely delicious, especially if you are like me and aren't a smoothie person! it is the only smoothie i ever like, its delicious, and super healthy :) perfect for a quick breakfast for someone who doesnt like to eat in the morning!

Recipe Ingredients for mixed berry smoothie

1 cup mixed berries
1 cup yogurt (plain)
3 tbs flax seeds
1 tbs cinnamon
2/3 cups milk

Recipe Directions for mixed berry smoothie

  1. throw everything in the blender!!!

  2. now i am no so sure about the measurments... i dont really actually measure everything out when i make this, so its all just estimates

  3. just use these general ingredients and have fun mixing! Its DELICIOUS too! this is the only smoothie i ever like :)
