Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Berry Smoothie

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1 cup mixed berries
2 cups of ice

Recipe Directions for Mixed Berry Smoothie

Just add everything into the blender and mix. I usually do about 8 cubes of ice and it turns out perfect.
