Simple mini-pies using mixed berries and gyoza skins.

Recipe Ingredients for Mixed berry pie

1.5 cup Mixed Berries
2 tbsp Corn Starch
6 tsp Natural Sugar
8 serving gyoza skin

Recipe Directions for Mixed berry pie

  1. Put berries in saucepan with enough water to cover 3/4s the way.

  2. Add corn starch and sugar. Bring to a light boil.

  3. Turn off the heat when syrupy.

  4. Use gyoza skins as pie crust in 4-in-1 pie maker (Sunbeam).

  5. Spoon in filling.

  6. Cover with smaller gyoza skins.

  7. Bake in pie maker until golden brown.
