Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Berry Muffins

210 g wholemeal flour
1 cup mixed berries
1 teaspoon baking powder
300 ml skim milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil

Recipe Directions for Mixed Berry Muffins

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl

  3. Combined milk, egg and oil in a jug

  4. Make a well in the dry ingredients

  5. Add berries and milk mixture to dry ingredients.

  6. Stir till just combined

  7. Distribute evenly into muffin tin

  8. Cook for 20 minutes
