Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Berry Muffins

1 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup reduced fat milk
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries

Recipe Directions for Mixed Berry Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 400. Prepare muffin tin with cooking spray.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients, then combine with dry. Fold in berries.

  3. Pour into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Top with powdered sugar if desired.
