This smoothie is very creamy and melts fast, but on the other hand it is a good way to brighten your day.

Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Berry Delight

1/2 cup of ice
1/3 cup of kiwi
1/3 cup of blueberries
1/3 cup of peaches
1/4 cup of tofu
1/4 cup of yogurt
1/8 cup of soy milk
2 tsp. of vanilla

Recipe Directions for Mixed Berry Delight

  1. In a blender add kiwi, peaches and blueberries.

  2. blend together until fruit is pureed.

  3. Blend in the ice and soy milk.

  4. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend to desired consistency.

  5. Then serve and enjoy.
