Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Berry Crumble

2 cup blueberries
2 cup raspberries
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 pound butter, melted (1 stick)

Recipe Directions for Mixed Berry Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 350ĖšF.

  2. Place berries in a medium bowl. In another medium bowl, combine flour and sugar.

  3. Remove 3 tablespoons of flour mixture and gently toss with berries. Place berries in

  4. an 8-inch square pan.

  5. To make topping, add melted butter to remaining flour mixture; combine well.

  6. Crumble little bits of topping all over top of berries. Bake until berries just start to

  7. bubble, about 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces; serve warm or at room

  8. temperature. Yields 1 piece per serving.

  10. *You can use any combination of fresh berries in season: blueberries, raspberries,

  11. blackberries, strawberries, etc. (Could affect POINTS values.)
