lower carb, low sugar, and can be gluten free if you use GF oats like I do.

Recipe Ingredients for Mixed berry crisp

1 cup almond meal
2/3 cup flax meal
1/3 cup Quick oats
3 T. Splenda
1 t. cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
5 cups mixed berries
3 T. Splenda
1 t. Allspice
1 t. Lemon juice
1 T. butter

Recipe Directions for Mixed berry crisp

  1. Filling

  2. Mix berries, 3T. Splenda, allspice, lemon juice and 1T. cut up butter in bowl. Put into deep dish pie pan.

  3. Topping

  4. Mix almond meal, flax meal, oats, 3T. Splenda and cinnamon. Cut in 1/3 cup softened butten until crumbly. Spread over berries. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 mins.
