Recipe Ingredients for mixed berry buttermilk/bran muffins

1 1/2 cups flour, all purpose, unbleached
1 cup flour, whole wheat
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/6 cup bran, oat
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk, low fat
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon peel
1/2 cup sugar, white granulated
1/2 cup sugar, medium brown, packed
4 oz. butter, unsalted
250 grams blueberries, raw
170 grams blackberries, raw
170 grams raspberries, raw
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for mixed berry buttermilk/bran muffins

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and stir together. Fold in berries. Bake at 400 degrees for 27 minutes.
