crustless mixed berry and almond tartlets

Recipe Ingredients for mixed berry and almond tartlets

1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup splenda
2 tbs spelt flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/3 cup firm tofu
1 tbs canola oil
1/4 tsp almond extract
3 cups mixed berries

Recipe Directions for mixed berry and almond tartlets

  1. toast almonds, 5 mins.

  2. blend almonds, flour, slat, splenda

  3. add egg, tofu, oil, extract and blend till processed.

  4. split berries in tart pans, pour over mixture.

  5. bake 20-30 mins at 400F
