1 serving Blueberries
1.5 serving Strawberries
1.5 serving Light
1.5 serving Light Vanilla Soymilk
2 serving zero calorie sweetner

Recipe Directions for Mixed berries smoothie

Put together in blender, 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 1/2 cup soymilk, 1 cup ice cubes, 2 servings of sweet n lo (optional). Blend until smoothie, pour into 2 glasses.
