Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Bean Soup

10 serving Dry Roasted Bean Mix Tub
3.25 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1.5 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for Mixed Bean Soup

Soak beans overnight covered in water. Drain, and add to large pot. Add remaining ingredients including any herbs and spices to taste, including more water to cover soup and cook until beans and veggies are tender. Again, season to taste - Makes 10 cups
