Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Bean Soup

1 pound black beans
10 ounces diced tomatoes
4 ounces bacon
1 onion
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Mixed Bean Soup

Soak beans overnight. Cook beans in water, with bacon, for 3 hours. In last half hour, add ro-tel tomatoes, onion and garlic.
