Makes 10 servings



I do this in a crock pot and let cook all day.

Recipe Ingredients for Mixed Bean Soup

11 oz Beans Mixed
10 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 1/2 cup, diced Celery
2 cup, chopped Onions
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tsp Garlic
1 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for Mixed Bean Soup

Wash beans and soak overnight. Chop veggies and bay leaf add, to pot. Drain beans, rinse and add to pot. Pour in Can of Ro- Tel disced tomatoes and water. Bring to boil and simmer 2 to 3 hrs or until beans are tender . Serves 10.
