A soup that can be made with anything in your fridge, this one is with vegetables. This soup's broth is AMAZING.

Recipe Ingredients for Mix Veg Soup

3 cup Brussels Sprouts, Cooked
1 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
50 grams Chick Peas
1/2 cup Tomato Products
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
2 Medium Tomatoes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Mix Veg Soup

  1. Saute onion in oil.

  2. Put celery carrot and tomato in the pot and let for a little while.

  3. Put water, tomato paste and the rest of the ingredients chopped and washed and let boil for 1 hour.
