25 grams Beans, Snap, Green
1/2 cup Callaloo
20 grams Shrimp Cooked
25 grams Eggplant
2 3/10 grams Vegetable Oil, Mustard

Recipe Directions for mix veg with greens

Heat oil in a pan. Add all the vegetables and shrimp and saute for 2 min. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and simmer for 5 minutes.
