Light and airy buttermilk waffles

Recipe Ingredients for Missy's Waffles

1 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Missy's Waffles

Lightly mix all ingredients together until just blended. Mixture will be lumpy. Let stand 10 minutes. Heat waffle iron. Spray waffle iron with pam and place 1/3 cup of batter in center of iron. Ready when waffles are a golden brown (approx. 4-5 minutes)
