1 pillsbury pie crust
3 granny smith apples
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for Missy's Mini Mile-High Apple Pie

  1. Place one pre-made crust dough in lightly greased 1/2 size pie pan

  2. in bowl mix peeled, cored, slice apples and other ingredients

  3. pile inside pie pan

  4. fold over pie crust

  5. bake at 375 for 35 minutes

  6. cut into 6 slices
