This is a quick, yummy, healthy spaghetti recipe that is extremely filling!

Recipe Ingredients for Missy's Healthy Spaghetti

2 c cooked whole wheat spaghetti
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of I can't believe its not butter light
2 slices of onion
1 c of stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp grated cheese
1 pinch of dried parsley

Recipe Directions for Missy's Healthy Spaghetti

  1. Boil Water and add wheat spaghetti

  2. In a separate pan, melt 1 tbsp butter, and add diced cloves of garlic and diced onion. Sautee for about 2 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes, parmesean cheese, and parsley...let simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.

  3. Drain cooked spaghetti, and mix with the sauce.

  4. Serve.
