Recipe Ingredients for MissMaryMac - Crockpot Stroganoff

20 oz Chicken Breasts, Boneless, Skinless
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups Sour Cream, Fat-Free
4 oz Mushrooms
1 packet Onion Soup Mix
1 tsp Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for MissMaryMac - Crockpot Stroganoff

  1. Spray Crockpot with cooking spray

  2. Add frozen Chicken or Turkey Breasts

  3. Mix all other ingredients well, pour over meat

  4. Cook on low for 7-8 hours

  5. This is very filling to me and I can only eat 2-3oz at a time so it makes about 14 servings.
