This is a great dip that I use with various meats to keep them moist so they don't get stuck in my pouch.

Recipe Ingredients for MissMaryMac - Avocado Tzatiki Dip

12 oz Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
1 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 Cucumber
1 Avocado, diced
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 oz Black Olives

Recipe Directions for MissMaryMac - Avocado Tzatiki Dip

  1. - Cut cucumber and into chunks and chop in food processor

  2. - Add to colander and let liquid drain (hour in the fridge works)

  3. - Pat dry and put cucumber back into food processor

  4. - Add remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth
