Recipe Ingredients for miss Vito's veg stir-fy

1 cup bok choy, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 small zucchini, sliced
2 tsp canola oil
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger, grated

Recipe Directions for miss Vito's veg stir-fy

  1. Chop all ingredients

  2. Heat oil, garlic, pepper to taste and ginger in non-stick wok

  3. When sizzling, stir fry for 30 seconds, then add vegetables.

  4. Stir fry til softened, add soy sauce and heat through
