jambalaya stew adjust seasonings to taste, add olive oil if required to saute.

Recipe Ingredients for Miss Vito's Jambalaya

4 oz chicken breast, cooked
3 oz sausage, beef
4 oz shrimp
1/2 red pepper
1 stalk celery
1 onion, chopped
14 oz canned tomatoes
1/2 cup green beans
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for Miss Vito's Jambalaya

  1. cook onion and sliced sausage for 1 minute, add celery, red pepper and shrimp (if raw) and continue to saute

  2. add seasonings, cook for 1 additional minute

  3. add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes if using frozen green beans, longer if fresh.
