Recipe Ingredients for Miso Soup

2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.5 oz Miso
7 oz Soft (Silken) Tofu
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Miso Soup

Bring water to boil and add chopped spinach and tofu cubes. Cook about 2 to 3 minutes, until spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and stir in miso. Add chopped green onion.
