Miso and vegetable soup. Light versitile soup that is a great snack or with a meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Miso Soup

4 tsp Hon Dashi Soup Stock
3 oz Firm Tofu
6 oz Bok Choy
14 pieces Dried Wild Mushrooms
2 ounces Rice Noodles Original

Recipe Directions for Miso Soup

Bring to boil in a soup pan,6 cups water and dashi stock. Soak rice noodles in water until soft. add veggies and cook until tender. Remove from heat add tofu, Serve with soy sauce to taste.
