Healthy Miso Soup. I modified it a little bit

Recipe Ingredients for Miso Soup

1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup onions
3 tbsp miso
32 oz vegetable stock
7 oz firm tofu

Recipe Directions for Miso Soup

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat

  2. add onions and cook until translucent

  3. add miso paste and mix well

  4. add vegetable stock and bring to a simmer

  5. add tofu and simmer for 15 minutes
