Miso/Soy/Mirin marinated Cod Fish roasted in the oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Miso Roasted Cod

2 (250gm) Cod Fish Fillet
2 tbsp Miso Paste
30 ml Mirin
30 ml Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Miso Roasted Cod

  1. Marinate Cod in miso, mirin and soy for minumum 2 hours.

  2. Remove Cod from marinade.

  3. Pre-heat oven to 180 C

  4. Place Cod on baking dish or oven proof frypan

  5. Grill or roast for 15-20 minutes using marinade to baste throughout.
