Vegetarian gravy, high in fiber, low in sugar, cholesterol free

Recipe Ingredients for Miso Gravy

4 1/2 tbsp spelt flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp miso paste
3/4 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Miso Gravy

Combine dry ingredients (spelt flour, yeast, and garlic powder). Put in sauce pan over medium heat and slowly add broth to make a paste, add miso and oil, bring to a boil. Add dijon mustard and salt to taste. Voila!
