Recipe Ingredients for Miso Gravey

2 tbsp grapeseed oil
2 tbsp sesame oil, organic, cold pressed
2 tbsp miso
1/4 c water
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1 hot pepper, green Mexican, seeds removed
1 dash salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Miso Gravey

  1. Remove seeds from green hot peppers, your favorite Mexican variety. Chop finely to sautee at low temperature in grapeseed oil with the finely chopped fresh ginger.

  2. When the peppers are tender, add the other ingredients. The water helps the Miso paste to blend into the other ingredients.
