Recipe Ingredients for miso glazed sea bass

75 g sake
1/3 cup mirin
1/3 cup miso paste
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
36 ounces Food You Feel Good About Chilean Sea Bass
2 tbsp green onions

Recipe Directions for miso glazed sea bass

  1. combine sake, mirin, miso, brown sugar and soy sauce with whisk to make marinade

  2. add 6, 6 ounce filets of sea bass in bag and marinate in fridge for 2-6 hours.

  3. set oven rack to 6" below broiler

  4. preheat broiler

  5. arrange sea bass on rimmed baking sheet LINED WITH ALUMINUM FOIL

  6. broil for 6 minutes, 6" away from broiler

  7. fish might smoke a bit, it is the sugar caramelizing.

  8. transfer to serving plates and sprinkle with chopped green onions (and basil, optional)
